Founder & CEO

During her last 15 years of professional experience, Céline worked as a consultant for 6 years in big four companies where she developed a strong expertise in IT and HR.

She is also involved in the development of employer branding, internal communication strategy and talent management for companies, and more particularly for the LVMH Group.

Before the creation of MyCrowdCompany in 2014, Céline had a first entrepreneurial experience in 2010 when she co-found AlphaUI, a french start-up that developed a disruptive technology for mobile devices.

Chief Digital Officer & Consultant

Jean-Christophe graduated with an MBA in digital marketing from the Leonard de Vinci Institute and has 15 years of professional experience in the digital sector. He has participated in the realization of numerous digital solutions by taking part in all stages: as web designer, web developer then project manager.

In 2006, he founded his own digital agency to support companies in their digital transformation and the creation of digital solutions, before moving more into digital consulting and strategy.

His entrepreneurial spirit, his passion for digital and his interest in community involvement, makes him join the MyCrowdCompany team as a CDO.

He leads the digital marketing and promotion of MyCrowdCompany offers, and also supports companies as a consultant in transformation and project management missions.

Customer Success Manager

Graduated from Warwick University and from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris, Clémence began her career as a Corporate Social Responsability analyst for the L’Oréal Group.
Clémence’s passion for topics related to innovation and solidarity, and her strong appetence for the digital world drove her to join MyCrowdCompany’s team in January 2019 as a Customer Success Manager. Her role is to support and work closely with all the clients to develop their intrapreneurship projects and to ensure they are satisfied with the personalized services.

Communication Manager

Graduated from Sciences Po Lille in 2017, Thibault specializes in Marketing and Communication. It is after an experience in the Communication Direction of
SUEZ Environment and entrepreneurial projects in Brazil in Sao Paulo, which he joined MyCrowdCompany in March 2020.
This sports enthusiast joins the MarCom team and helps with the employer brand and communication strategy. Energetic and passionate, versatile, he juggles between content writing, press relations, social networks and events.

Partner & CTO

Expert in IT, Anthony has always been passionate by the domain and all kind of new technologies.

During his school years, he has already founded his first company to offer IT services to organizations.

Today Anthony is located in Spain, leading Limeon, an IT service company developing web applications and websites.

He dedicated mainly his time to MyCrowdCompany solution development and act as the CTO since 2014.

Sales Representative

With more than 10 years of experience in the logistics field within big companies such as Procter & Gamble or Canon, Sandrine oversees and supervises her team, and develops an expertise in customer support, in logistics as well as after-sales service. In order to enhance her career, she has done a training in import-export and has strengthened her knowledge in an international background.
When she discovered the digital world, her interest and appetence concerning topics related to commitment drove her to get involved in the family project.
She puts her rigor to good use and her organizational skills to ensure support for our clients.
Always in a good mood and excited, she takes care of the well-being of each of us and is committed to spreading the values of MyCrowdCompany.

Customer Success Manager

A graduate of the IESEG School of Management, Hortense first started in the e-commerce sector as a Sales Manager. Motivated by the intrapreneurial challenge, she then joined a group in the tourism sector in order to participate in the launch of a new online holiday booking platform. Passionate about customer relations, she chooses to move towards a consulting position with a meaningful purpose by joining MyCrowdCompany in December 2019. As Customer Success Manager, she advises customers in the development and use of their platform and guarantees their satisfaction.

Product manager

Graduated of ESSEC Business School, Celine began her career with a digital advertising agency Google/Bing Ads. There she managed a portfolio of 500 VSE/SMEs and was responsible for digital projects. She then joined the product world as Product Owner in a group specialized in digital solutions for local businesses.
Today, in charge of the Product pole of MyCrowdCompany, she elaborates the vision of the product and ensures the link between the technical and functional teams.

Artistic director

Web artistic director for an e-Commerce group, Marine works for MyCrowdCompany since its creation to shape the graphical identity of the brand and all web solutions.

With competences in design, communication and marketing, her versatility brings to MyCrowdCompany the little something that makes our platform intuitive, ergonomic and visually attractive.



Lead Customer Success Manager

Following her career in the world of big-box retail (electronics and software) where she progressed from retail sales to customer service, and finally administration, Hanna moved from New York City to Paris, France in 2015. She previously worked as a CSM for 2 years with a French SaaS startup focused on B2B retail solutions.Hanna’s love for technology, as well as her drive for success and attention to detail, led her to join the MyCrowdCompany team in September 2019 as Lead Customer Success Manager. Her main role is to directly support key clients to deploy and develop their intrapreneurship, innovation, and solidarity programs as well as to ensure they are satisfied with our personalized services. She is also in charge of the organization and management of the customer success team, including aiding in the evolution of our platform and operations.
