It is this expertise that helps him secure financial support and talent from day one of a new project. His commercial skills and knowledge of the entrepreneurial world are great assets, especially when it comes to MyCrowdCompany reaching its goals.
Founder & CEO at JAL Associates
Michel Bensadoun is Vice-President and General Manager for Western Europe at Symantec. He is responsible for commercial activity and business development for France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands and the Nordic and Baltic countries. The region has largely developed under his leadership, and today 600 employees work beneath him, including R&D. Michel Bensadoun joined Symantec in 2003, enabling the company to increase its strategic presence and offer.
Before this, Michel was Managing Director in several companies, supervising local and regional teams within companies such as Commerce One, Oracle and IBM (as Vice-President for Latin America, based in the US).
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and is a member of the Ivy Club, France.
Founder & CEO of MyCrowdCompany
During her last 15 years of professional experience, Céline worked as a consultant for 6 years in big four companies where she developed a strong expertise in IT and HR.
She is also involved in the development of employer branding, internal communication strategy and talent management for companies, and more particularly for the LVMH Group.
Before the creation of MyCrowdCompany in 2014, Céline had a first entrepreneurial experience in 2010 when she co-found AlphaUI, a french start-up that developed a disruptive technology for mobile devices.
Associate Director at Eva Group, BSSI, Expertise and Consulting in IT & Cybersecurity
After leaving the Institut National des Télécommunications with an engineering diploma in telecoms, Jean-Victor Garnier spent four years at Devoteam Consulting, after which he moved on to work in business development as a freelancer for two years.
After six years as Network and Security consultant within the LVMH group, Jean-Victor Garnier became an entrepreneur, founding Eva Group BSSI, a Consulting and Expertise company, specialised in IT infrastructures and Cybersecurity. Eva Group offers its services to the retail and luxury markets, as well as to industry, energy and banking/insurance markets. The company offers them a selection of services in the following four areas: networks and telecommunications, security, unified telecommunications and application performance.
Head of Social and Environmental Responsibility at Capgemini, France
Géraldine Plenier has been head of social and environmental responsibility for the Capgemini group in France since October 2009. She is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s CSR strategy, in particular with regards to education and vocational integration, the development of solidarity partnerships and the environment, which are priorities for the group in France.
After spending several years in a recruitment firm in France and England, Géraldine Plenier joined Capgemini in 2002 as Director of Recruitment for a subsidiary of the group, before becoming Director of Human Resources for the entire group in 2006.
In 2008 she was appointed Director of CSR of a subsidiary of the group, responsible for the ONG PlaNet Finance partnership. Graduate of the Toulouse Institute of Political Studies having also obtained a DEA in public law, Géraldine Plenier went on to train in sustainable development at the ESCP-EAP.
Géraldine Plenier is president of the association “Programme Booster”, created by the Capgemini and Manpower group to promote the professional integration of university students.
She is a member of the French Institute of Directors and certified as a Corporate Director.
